Ik ben zelf contactpersoon voor een goede kennis en wil graag mijn ervaring delen met jullie. Mijn vriend voelde zich niet goed worden en activeerde zijn alarm. Hij bleek een hartaanval te hebben. Alarmmeldkamer reageerde direct door ambulance te sturen en mij als contactpersoon te waarschuwen zodat ik ook de deur kon openen voor de hulpdiensten. Tijd tussen alarmering en aankomst ambulance nog geen 7 minuten! Topservice! Deze alarmering maakt het verschil tussen leven en dood! Dank jullie wel voor alles!
